1. 収集する情報と利用目的
177（以下「本アプリ」）は、家族のために以下の情報を取得し、アプリの機能を提供する目的にのみ利用します。広告や第三者へのトラッキングには一切利用しません。

これらは招待制の「家族」の中だけで共有され、一般に公開されることはありません。トラッキングには利用しません。
2. 子供の情報と保護者の同意
子供の声のクローン作成は、保護者がアプリ内で明示的に同意した場合にのみ行われます。声紋は当社が自社運用する基盤上で処理され、その子の起床音声を合成する目的にのみ使われます。販売や広告・トラッキングには一切利用しません。同意はいつでも取り消すことができ、取り消すと声のデータは削除されます。
3. 第三者の処理者
本アプリは機能提供のため以下の事業者を利用します。いずれも本アプリの機能のためにのみ情報を処理します。
- Convex（アプリのデータを保管する基盤）
- WorkOS（サインイン・本人確認）
- Modal（声の合成基盤・声紋の保管）
- Anthropic（読み上げ文の生成）
- fal.ai（お絵描きからのアニメーション生成）
- Open-Meteo（天気の取得）
- Apple（プッシュ通知の配信 / APNs）
これらのデータは Convex および Modal の基盤上に保管し、通信はすべて TLS で暗号化します。鍵はサーバー側にのみ保持します。
4. 保管と削除の権利
声・作品・メンバーは、保護者がアプリ内でいつでも削除できます。削除は声紋（Modal）を含めて取り消し不能に消去されます。メールでの削除依頼にも対応します（hello@vox.delivery）。

1. Information we collect and why
177 ("the app") collects the following to provide its features for your family, and for nothing else. We never use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

This is shared only within an invite-only family and is never made public. None of it is used to track you.
2. Children's data and parental consent
A child's voice is cloned only after a parent explicitly consents inside the app. The voiceprint is processed on infrastructure we operate ourselves and is used only to synthesize that child's wake-up voice. It is never sold or used for advertising or tracking. Consent can be revoked at any time, which deletes the voice data.
3. Third-party processors
The app uses the following providers to deliver its features. Each processes information only for the app's functionality.
- Convex (the backend that stores the app's data)
- WorkOS (sign-in and identity)
- Modal (voice-synthesis infrastructure and voiceprint storage)
- Anthropic (narration-text generation)
- fal.ai (animation generated from a drawing)
- Open-Meteo (weather)
- Apple (push-notification delivery / APNs)
This data is stored on Convex and Modal infrastructure; all traffic is encrypted with TLS, and keys are held only server-side.
4. Retention and your right to delete
A parent can delete any voice, creation, or member from inside the app at any time. Deletion irreversibly removes the data, including the voiceprint on Modal. We also honor deletion requests by email (hello@vox.delivery).
